Professional, confidential and personal
A partner in this firm is always responsible for your matter. We will keep confidential all aspects of your matter.
Conveyancing and Probate- You will be charged a fixed professional fee or will be given an accurate quote for your transaction
Company, Commercial and Dispute Resolution- The fee is based upon the professional time necessary to handle your matter. We will advise on the hourly rate to be charged and the likely disbursements.
Fee Quotation- A written estimate will be provided for non-urgent matters within three days of being engaged by you with full instructions.
Disbursements- You will be charged disbursements at cost.
Project Rate- We are happy to provide different costing options to undertake a project.
Fees on account and payment of fees- Payments will be required from time to time, as discussed, for commercial matters and court cases. You will receive our final account at the completion of your matter and ask for it to be paid within fourteen days.
Trust Account– We operate a trust account for receipt of clients’ monies under the legal profession act. This account is viewed regularly by the New South Wales Law Society and is subject to the stringent controls of state laws.
Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard facilities are available for payment of fees.
